Thank you for the photos @phills03dodge. This helped me do the same to my 7500 watt unit. *I don't have an incoming neutral, but most of the rest is the same*
I have it working as expected with an Ecobee thermostat (so I can use the same app/controls as the main house) -- BUT, unfortunately I...
It looks like the Macromatic TE-8816U will do some of what the ICM251 does (in ON/OFF delay mode), but it looks like the ON and OFF delay time values cannot be different (only 1 dial for timer value).

@kuba122 -- were you able to incorporate your changes (replacing the SC-E05 with the 24V model to simplify the circuit)? I want to do the same and would love to see what you did.
Also, the ICM251 fan controller is out of stock and/or discontinued. It looks like there are alternatives that are...
So my 16x8 door is insulated, but not steel on the interior. Steel, polyurethane, ToughGuard (plastic). Steel interior is probably the way to go, but the struts might do it for me and save some dough… **shrug**
Ended up not using the cold rolled 36” header for the man door. Sourced some red iron locally, cut it to 38”, painted it “galvanized”, and voila, a standard exterior door fits and can be replaced at any time if needed.
So my options are to upgrade / replace the door with a different model at twice the price, or have horizontal reinforcement struts installed for $150.
Thoughts?
WD door installed fine. No height/width issues. However the door they had in stock is definitely light duty. Lots of play (bowing) when pressure is applied in the center of the 16’ door. The sales guy came out to take a look and they’re going to price a different model and allow me to hang on to...
Interesting, first I’ve heard of this issue/concern. Are you saying that OH door height should be 1-2” higher than the opening? Or, what are you saying?
Vendors are telling me lead times for doors is approx 16 weeks. I found a local Wayne Dalton outfit that has a door in stock that will fit one of the 3 openings on my new building. I don’t know much about overhead sectional door quality but a competitor told me WD doors are junk and won’t seal...
This would have been a difficult to implement solution. The slab was not simply unlevel in a single direction. The ~10.5" slope was across a 44.5' diagonal. The surface of the slab was also not "flat" so I would have had to live with that.
I am confident that the chosen solution to cap the slab...
Slab has been capped. New contractor arrived Thursday AM, new forms set (LEVEL verified throughout with transit), steel reinforcement placed. 20 yards of 4000psi concrete placed Friday at 80F ambient (4" above high point, ~15" above low point). Spritzed with water over the weekend. Now drizzling...
It was helpful. My situation is a bit different, albeit similar (poor quality of work by contractor). I'm on the schedule for capping the slab with new contractor.
