    Vertical rise garage doors

    Why not use a roll-up? We use them in my shops and they sound like what you're looking for. Not as "aesthetically pleasing" but work great. Disregard everything I said... You're not looking for Roll-ups. Reading comprehension not my strong suit!

    This was left by a tenant that owed money. He left other smaller items behind also. He isn't coming back and I want to recoup some of my loss by selling this. It says Graco Texspray GTX2000. I've figured out its a sprayer but who would/should I approach about buying this? Drywallers? Painters...

    Gorilla Glue... the stuff has saved a couple pairs of steel-toe work boots. I've gotten an extra year out of them. :thumbup:

    VCT: How to handle raised lip at front of garage?

    Why not just paint it a contrasting color or red to match your border. Then VCT the garage floor?.
