I would use an air needle scaler. That would make short work of cement and probably not particularly hurt the wheelbarrow

I picked this big mama jama up at an estate sale today for a buck. I can’t quite read the top.... the last 2 words are “CAST STEEL” it ought to make a fun restoration project.

I would go with a Fluke T5-600. When I was an electrician I loved mine. Still do. Dead simple. Has an amp clamp, well inductive tongs. Seems like they are in the price range.

You will never get a properly torqued lug nut off with an impact driver. I’ve got the big makita 18v 1/2” impact wrench and though an amazing tool it won’t drive off my trucks lug nuts I’m not even sure I’ve pulled the studs on my Audi with it. Great for rusted nuts and bolts.... lug nuts not so...
