    The Tiny Tools Thread

Everyone knows if you have a tiny tool the best way to photograph it is with someone with tiny hands so it doesn’t look as small. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Cleaning old cement off with Muriatic Acid okay?

I would use an air needle scaler. That would make short work of cement and probably not particularly hurt the wheelbarrow Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Anyone recognize this chisel maker?

I picked this big mama jama up at an estate sale today for a buck. I can’t quite read the top.... the last 2 words are “CAST STEEL” it ought to make a fun restoration project. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Best budget dmm?

I would go with a Fluke T5-600. When I was an electrician I loved mine. Still do. Dead simple. Has an amp clamp, well inductive tongs. Seems like they are in the price range. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Looking for beautiful tire pressure gauge as gift

I’d advocate for old school Art Deco era. You could even give one a polish. Analog gauges have so much personality. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You will never get a properly torqued lug nut off with an impact driver. I’ve got the big makita 18v 1/2” impact wrench and though an amazing tool it won’t drive off my trucks lug nuts I’m not even sure I’ve pulled the studs on my Audi with it. Great for rusted nuts and bolts.... lug nuts not so...
