    Often that style of flashing is used when a new roof is installed without removing old shingles. Just my guess.

    when I turn the 15/16 bolt head 90 degrees the cams shown in pic. Two push down on the wheels lifting the table, when I get to my destination turn bolt back and the table drops back on its legs

    here are some pics. the 1" square tube acts as a guide for the round tube, the black pipe has a 5/8 bolt plug welded.

    my bench has close to the same idea, the jacks are replaced by 1/2 black pipe running through the legs front to back with a cam located above each caster bolt, a 1/4 turn of the pipe and the bench is on its wheels

    I like casters on my work bench, though it sits against the wall most of the time its nice to roll it to the center of the shop and drop it down on its legs and have solid place to work.
