    Great framing progress today! Wrap up the sheeting and land trusses tomorrow. Very stoked. I am also really glad I decided to sub out the framing.

    The framers came out today to plate and cut studs and ended up getting a much bigger jump on things than expected. Those 10' ceilings are looking insane right now. They only had two guys today so I don't doubt that they will be able to get it buttoned up tomorrow with a 4 man crew.

    I have a slab! This is starting to feel really good. Framing starts tomorrow and should be wrapped up before the weekend.

    Got the plumbing for the full bathroom and utility sink roughed in. The rest of the gravel will be brought in and compacted and the slab poured next week. I am so thrilled to finally have a little momentum going.
