I’m not sure how to check if it was fill properly there’s no glass to see the oil. And I’m not sure what the safety valves are

i filled up the compressor it filled to 125psi and took almost exactly 6 mins and auto fills again at 100psi it drops alittle due to leaky valve which I will replace

Thanks. I was alittle concerned about the oil. The rust was just orangy water there were no actual flakes or anything like that. Will do might be acouple days for the photos as I don’t exactly know where I want it at yet and I will have to run a 220 line where ever I decide to have it
