i agree they were better in the past. I got a set many many years ago. I just had to warranty one of my wrenches. The chrome and the rollmarks on the new one don't seem as nice as the originals.

after using plain pliers like most I got some on a whim and I love them! I have the OTC 4502 set which covers just about all hose clams types well. The cable type is my next purchase to get clamps deep in the engine bay and in tighter areas. I only pull out pliers now if i can't get those two...

I've recently been bit by the Ko-ken bug thanks to this thread/forum. I've noticed that none of the Z-eal sets have a 9mm socket. Any idea why they all skip 9mm?
