No license requirement in my rural area but there is a Homebuilders association. All 50 states have one and nearly every county in every state through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
Closed cell foam is great but...I'm just wondering if it is worth the additional utility bill to heat the attic space. With batts much less volume to heat.
Unless, by virtue of repeat business and proper organization and coordination of the site the general gets a significant discount from subs that actually show up.
Have you tried contacting the local homebuilders association? Most have member list and they tend to be the more established...
Yea, I'm am considering building some hinged doors. Not sure I want to take on the task as we will be building the new home and attached garage/shop at the same time...unless the budget doesn't work out. Then the detached will wait.
