Look....One of my interests besides my cars, bikes and guitars is horticulture. The species of ivy that is growing on my garage (English Ivy) weighs about a quarter pound/sq ft.. ANd judging by the photos enclosed, has no effect on the structure as far as rot is concerned.

Randy....my dating of the structure comes from tags attached to various 2x4's that list the lumber yard they were purchased from and the date of March, 1963. Doubt if it was built earlier than that.
The back wall leans in the same direction, toward the south wall, just not as much....maybe...
