do yourself a favor and use a block filler then you can top coat with whatever you want. Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore and PPG all make good products for this

we use it on commercial jobs,but not that often anymore. mostly on steel when it is structural.

This may be a dumb question but is there a way to figure out how much it would cost to run an electric heater. I just looked and i pay 5.38 cents kwh. i never considered it before, assumed would cost to much to run.

to heat your garage. whats it costing you monthly to heat your gagage. i am in the process of a 30 x32. looking at options. thanks.
