I have just a 100 amp service to the shop but again I'm not running as heavy equipment as you are. Just an air compressor and a hoist.

I can tell you what did happen when the concrete contractor pulled all of my vapor barrier out before pouring. Eight gallons a day is what my dehumidify takes out of the air in my shop. The contactor said that the concrete would not set up as fast with the vapor barrier in place. I did not care...
I need to get a digital camera for home by here are a couple from where I work. The yellow Snap-on is one of the smaller boxes at work. I wish I could afford just it.
The blue ones are my domain at work and a quick shot of the shop.
The wife didn't like my old shop (25 miles away from the house) so she sprung for something closer to home and much better.
It is a pole building 36x60 with 12 foot walls. Sorry these didn't come out in order. But you get the idea.
