Rebuilding said impact drill since bit holder had a bit broken off inside. Trying to drill it out but success not assured
Need the bit holder and a ball bearing
The bit holder only comes as part of shaft assembly for $84. Not going there. Could buy 2 or 3 used impacf drill for that amount...
I recently used white vinegar with maybe same amount of water to soak some of my old files. I ran them through a bench grinder (steel brush) and file card before soaking. One of them was so gunked up the teeth didnt daylight. Regardless, i soaked them in a plastic dishpan (outside) for couple...
Resurrecting this old thread
Recently mounted my craftsman 51871 vise that’s been in my junk pile for years. Discovered that the jaw inserts are in “totally worn out condition”. Can’t find any for what I consider to be a reasonable price. Would like to refurbish and paint it but before I do I...
No, it’s black. Not the original motor.
Does yours have a data plate? What is amperage, rpm, shaft size, voltage, rotation direction, mounting plate, etc?
I know I’m sounding like a choosy beggar but no sense paying postage for something I can’t use. Thanks for the offer
My motor on my craftsman 113.27610 table saw crapped out. It was 2hp and was not the original and drew too much current for my generator which is why I’m not having it rebuilt. Looking for a motor to get the old girl going again. Anyone know anything?
Unfortunately the motor that gave out is a WEG, 2hp, 22a, and not the original. I’m guessing the original was a 1 or 1.5 hp drawing 15 amps. So I’m in a pickle. Don’t wanna spend $$$$$ on that motor, though I may still do so. Thanks for input
Have, and love, an old craftsman saw. Suspect it’s 50s vintage but can’t find model no. anywhere. My motor, which I suspect is not the original, gave up the ghost today. I obviously need help. Would post pix kid I knew what the URL location is
Thanks for any help
