Dang! Thanks for the offer but its too late, I bought a decent older Kansas Jack model off craigslist already. Had a new pump on it & he threw in a gallon of oil & helped me load it up. (That in itself is worth it, I'm sure you know if you've moved yours solo before!)

That is a gorgeous shop you've made! I love the brick and wood idea. Sometimes having a council & needing permits is a good thing. (I'm out in the country so anything goes, which can be good and bad) But your shop is truly amazing for the restrictions you may have encountered.
