I’m confused by the photo. Is the 287 measuring the same source at the same time? If so, there’s either something wrong with the meter or the voltage source is not good DC. What did you originally measure the voltage with? J

Yes, some of them are not serviceable. I got one like that, and I agree it wasn’t very good. Off to eBay it went. J

Mine is the same. Pretty sure that based on the fact that it’s a vice and not a precision instrument is the reason why. Love the freaking thing. J

Well, based on my observations of the classified section, save other than an occasional free item, people aren't exactly looking to give away their stuff to help a brother out. J

I have found I get considerably more $$ for stuff I sell on eBay, Craig’s, OfferUp, etc. vs GJ. Everyone here is looking for a “You ****” price (myself included). J

I think the long is covered by others as well. What I'd really like to see stubby flex heads in 8x10, 10x12, 13x15, 14x16, 16x18, 17x19...whatever...keep them non-reversing. Nobody makes them as far as I know and they'd be damn handy. Could do the same with SAE, pairing up the sizes. J
