I ended up getting Epoxy-Coat. 3 full kits and one 1/2 kit, plus the contractor kit with spike shoes and 18" rollers. Total $1200 for 1700sq ft of coverage. I'm planning to put it down this weekend. I try to take lots of pics and give an update.

Retaining wall is done and pad is poured. Planning on epoxy coating the floor this weekend.

Electric is hooked up. Finally have light.

Lots of progress. Siding is almost done. Walls and ceiling are covered, insulated and painted. Lights ang openers are ready. Just waiting on the doors.

Floor is poured and cut. Soffits are done. Siding is going on and electrical rough in started.

It has 15 gallons and will cover 2500 sq ft at 9.7mil but can be applied at up tp 20mil thick. Adding 15 gallons of primer is less than $500. Considering it's a new floor and I don't think the primer is needed. 5 gallons of clear is also less than $500.

Anyone have any experience with Epoxy-coat. I like the single coat. They have an industrial kit that covers 2500 sq ft for under 1k. I found a couple really old posts and the reviews seem mixed but leaning towards the positive.

Roof is shingled.

No water. Too many restrictions. Electric is running as a new 100amp service from the pole. It will be independent from the house.
