Morton will build on a concrete foundation, wheather it is a mono slab or a stem wall. I have a 60x110 Morton building built on 8" and 10" wide stem walls. Excavator Repair/Garage floor
I have a 38k lb steel track excavator and walked it in my shop to have the windows tinted one winter. Layed down 2x6s and no problems other than getting the floor dirty.
