Good luck, this what I went through with Sears a couple years ago and I finally gave up. No ownership anymore, hired labor who does not care and could not tell the difference between a wrench or pliers unless the computer told them.

Interesting, I am in Italy and can't access it from home but it works on base through the military server. This just started, wonder if they did something to the site to block it from overseas.

Don't feed the dragon, by American. Look at the Proto 19 pc set, I am waiting for MSC to send me a 35% offer and I plan on snagging them for just over a $100.

Went to MSC and got a 25% first order that brings down the price on the Proto J88819 set to $128.99. Still have to get some Pozi drives though. Man, just can't stop looking at those Wera's though.

I am pulling in all my old boxes and bags of tools and found two yellow stubbies made from a company alled "Almalite" and one long one from "Ivy", and an insulated from Oxtech. Ever heard of these?

Nothing against UK product, just the fact that Proto hypes the USA made when it appears to not be true. Willams is great I'm sure but I was just looking for bigger selction in set but I may go that route now.

How do you know the yellow ones are made in the USA? How can we believe it? See the price of them things? Guess it's Wera after all.

I emailed Proto and they said they were made in the USA.

The real issue to me is the fact there is no sense of ownership at a large corporate business and 90% of the people who work there could care less. I have tried dozens of times to make right and some ***** usually just makes it worse for me. My last mail order from Sears resulted in me writing...
