I have a near new Gearwrench 81362T 1/2" flex head ratchet with a broken flex-lock. GW sent me a new ratchet but I would love to get the broken part fixed if I can. Anyone know if the matco equivalent part would fit? GW says they have no parts. TIA

Yes, the ratchets are fairly pedestrian. We carry them mainly for those who want matching tools. We'll have a few more modern ratchets under our own brand next year, including hard-handles. As for physical locations, we plan to add some tool trucks next year to service repair shops and businesses.
