Sick to my stomach, 41 yds of jacked up floor.

Here is my story. I had my shop built 1997, radiant floor heat & a color in the concrete. The contractor bid out the floor to some goof who went to the pub & hired the crew. 3000' sqft pour in the middle of winter, the building was nearly finished inside. The one power trowel they had broke...

    Racedeck questions

We are currently installing the flooring. In my showroom area we have a lot of weight on casters, 900lbs on four casters. Major indentation in the flooring, really bad if caster ends up on a seem. Currently I've had no time to quiz the manufacturer regarding this. Just saying.

I'm trying to find someone/company/persons who would refinish my epoxy shop floor. It has held up extremely well applied to a new floor in 1998 long before being educated on this forum :D The builder applied the epoxy after the concrete finisher messed up the poor which I've lived with since...

Are you familiar with Super Glides? I'm not sure how they would stand up to picks, certainly works well for carbides. http://www.superclamp.net/ I'm thinking if you attached these to treated plywood or that plastic wood that is used on Sled decks & lay it on your floor. You still have to...

Very Bad concrete pour New Shop

I had a similar issue in 1997, I went with the repair. Found out latter the slopes were also wrong under the overhead doors, rain drain off the doors into the building. Standing water in the low area's......... I would not suggest making the same mistake I did.
