    Top notch foot apparel

I went from Red Wings to Rocky's long ago. A good boot SHOULD last you a couple years. IMO, they started out further ahead of the competition and remained that way. Strayed a few times, - only for a short time lol.

5 hp compressors, Two stage or single?

You can cut that rpm in half with a Champion or Quincy. Probably the quietest of the bunch. Both are high end machines, -built very well.

    Air-Line plumbing

Wow lol. Some info, - Yea, 3/4" pipe not only cools quicker than 1/2", there's just about, (very close to) 3 times less psi drop per 50 @ 10-20 SCFM . General rule of thumb is the hard line should be at least 3 times the size of the air tool inlet. These things make major differences with...

    Air-Line plumbing

 There's a few re-sellers out there that sell bags of 10. With Oetiker definitely have more of a selection. You have to hunt those down tho. You'll pay for the good clamps; you can smash the crimp after your thru and they won't break haha. Uknow,- at hose end connections, when attempting to...

    Air-Line plumbing

You can. Yes, a correctly sized flexible line for dampering. Mann, I seen a good diagram at this site, - with colors even lol. Sorry, I can't find it now. Always filter as close to your air tools hose connection if possible. In most cases the filter system is as close as it can be to the...

    Air-Line plumbing

Yea, it really wouldn't be worth it. You would invest to much your time regenerating the desiccant media. I've seen guys do that, - right off the compressor with say an RTI two stage or Devilbiss CT30 series which uses bagged media for longevity and they can just make it through one paint job...

    Air-Line plumbing

You haven't acquired a crimper yet lol. ;) . Yea , I went awhile before picking one up. Wished I would have much sooner than I did. Works surprisingly well every time..- So far anyway. I'm not sure that I have a die for 1" with this one, - I think it's 7/8?. Hell, I'll go look.... Nope 15/16 is...

    Air-Line plumbing

I agree. I prefer 3/4" over 1/2", full flow FRL's and a jumbo Desiccant bowl, but his piping layout is perfect. From what I can see anyway.

I like that set up. The double riser @ the last leg. I bet the filters don't require much maintenance. Where does most your moisture collect; the majority still remain in the tank ?
