    Just use what you have. Put a 2" space between the two boxes and just wire them separate. That way you aren't looking for custom covers. Use a pc of 1x2 above and below the boxes to support them if need be. Keep it simple.

    Re: Questions on concrete Sounds like you already know the answer to that one. But.....I'd pour the stub wall below frost line, insulate under the slab well and go with infloor heating.
