It will be a lil while before it starts rolling. I will also have it insulated and osb too (7/16" osb on walls and ceiling, air deflectors, r-13 insulation in walls, and r-19 insulation in ceiling)

I've started the early stages of planning out my shop garage. I'm only going this size since it will be easier to heat and not fill up with a bunch of stuff. (At least that's the plan) lol. Specs are 30 wide 24 deep with 10' walls and 12' ceilings. I will have a small 2 post lift on the left...

Greg smith has atlas lifts for pretty cheap in Indianapolis, Indiana. Idk how much shipping to you would cost though
