Anyone have any complaints about your HF tool box?

I have found a local snap on master series box that if 53"long x29" deep. I really would love deep deep drawers. The box is like new and the guy only wants 2300$ for it but still...for a box at work where I'm not a professional mechanic it's very hard to justify that kind of cost. I wouldn't...

Anyone have any complaints about your HF tool box?

I've been looking into a bigger box's to replace my famous US General 5 drawer roller. But have been having a hard time. I loved the box when I first got it and had very few tools at work in it. But as I started building tools up and cramming them into every available place I soon realized I was...

    Large wrench sets

I really like both my sets. Only complaint is that SK's standard pattern wrench is to small for my liking, and wright doesn't offer a extra long pattern. If they did, I would have ordered those already haha

    Large wrench sets

I haven't bit the bullet yet. Still doing as much research as possible. I have 6 different wrench sets in my tool box at work currently. One older NAPA USA made set from 1/4"-1-5/16", harbor freight extra long patterns from 7/16"-1", same set in metric from 10mm-27mm if I remember the sizes...

    Large wrench sets

Contacted wright directly about a full sae and metric set...gotta say kinda disappointed with the customer service lady. Really seemed like I was interrupting her Facebook experience as she didn't seem happy to help me. Contacted a local distributor to get a quote. We'll see what they can do...

    Large wrench sets

Other requirements, USA made. And good warranty. That's my other worry with wright, how easy do they warranty stuff? And how quickly? SK was very pleasant to deal with. A little slow, but the particular item was on back order.

    Large wrench sets

That's wouldn't be too bad. I'll have to see if I can fill in the sets. Metric I'm not so worried about, 24-30mm range I should be safe. Anything over that is what you use a cresent (or what I call a "metric wrench") for haha. I honestly like the full polish... Personal preference lol. Although...

    Large wrench sets

Well guys, I got a question for you. I'm looking to get some wrench sets that include a wide range of sizes (3/8-1-1/2, and 10mm-24mm). Problem with this is, with so many beautifully crafted wrenches these days it makes it very hard to decide. I will say my recent encounters with the snap on...

    Craftsman professional screw driver

I'm in central Washington. I was thinking about buying the whole dang box. I plan to go back and at least get one of everything I everywhere that part. But I'm not hard on my screw drivers, so I don't plan to have a problem as long as the tips hold up decent!

    Craftsman professional screw driver

Anyone noticed any NOS cman professional screw drivers? Our local sears had them and I was shocked. May want to check you local places. The guy said they just got a box of them. I snagged a handful and plan to go back. They have Phillips, flathead, torx, and awls. kinda like them!

SK open ends seem a little sloppy?

Very interesting. Wonder how the metal content of the sk compares to other. As far as spreading is concerned

SK open ends seem a little sloppy?

What are the tolerances? Does anyone know? I appreciate the feedback. I'll try and get my calipers and do some measurements. And maybe I'm just over thinking things ..

SK open ends seem a little sloppy?

Hey guys, first time poster, long time reader. I have just got the addiction to gathering tools, from cool old garage sale finds, to shiny new stuff. Mainly it's stuff to use for your average farm/automotive work. But I find it never ending and always wanting to expand the tool box! Anyways...
