I paid 3.80 CAD sqft for the tile. Thats about $2.85 USD .
After looking up the invoice it turns out that i lied and my discount was 33% off the retail price. But i was happy with the price and the discount.
I came up the the pattern and hired a professional to install the tile. It was a big project and it took him longer than he thought due to all the cuts he had to make. He had to fit them around the hoists and angle them around the drain.
I thought about doing it myself but i wanted it done...
thanks for positive feed back. :) the floor did have shrinkage cracks that's why I waited a year before tile. all cracks were covered with a membrane (you can see it in the pictures) to help prevent future issues, no cracks ran through the hoist footings.

Im sure anything can be done. Its all a matter of how much your willing to spend to get what you want. It was easy for me. It would all depend on if your floor is part of the foundation or not. My house has a separate foundation. The garage floor has 4 pillars to support it and they drill holes...
It is a calcana 10 foot natural gas radiant heater. It is not hooked up. I bought it years ago and always planned on using it. But now that my cars on the lifts are about 2 feet from it i cant use it as it would melt my cars.

nothing special. just have too many cars and i didnt want to leave them out in the snow to rust. now that the floor is stain proof i plan on stripping a couple of my rusty outside cars for parts and scrapping the shells. i want to get down to only 5 cars this year.
