Found this at Daytona Spring hot rod run swap meet...all holes are nearly the same size...socket rack? screwdriver storage with tips up? Its made of some kind of dense material, maybe compressed fiber or early plastic? No markings other than metal craftsman label. 10-1/2" long, 2-1/4 wide...
