Totally agree on the area specific, but I'll also say that with the current global issue going on that the labor prices could definitely decrease as workers need more work.

We really don't care about snow loads here in central Texas. We mostly worry about tornadoes and heavy wind loads. With the beam size, purlings and layout being the same as a Mueller type building, I'm sure it will be fine. Here's a view of the shop from my carport.

Not insulated. We deal with mostly heat here. Going to be adding some ceiling fans and eventually spray foaming it.

If you add a flat panel to the outside and bolt it with t nuts around the perimeter it will seriously add some major strength to it.

I used a Husky toolbox and a kit from all-a-cart.com to build my combo cart. And yes, before everyone has a cow................ I run CO2 for my shielding gas.

Also one of the 15a breakers is double tapped. Move a white wire over and add another 15a breaker.
