I work in healthcare to pay the bills and have a two car garage. I am married with a four year old son and an infant son. I enjoy working on cars and refurbishing old woodworking tools. I'm the guy frequenting the swap meets with my four year old in tow looking for the next project.
I do most of the maintenance on our cars and provide a space and tools for friends who want to work on their cars and hang out. I have done everything from wiring stereos and building speaker boxes to building furniture and refurbishing an old Delta Unisaw.
If it were up to me, I would have a space twice the size of our current garage. Not so I could have more room for projects, but for more tools. I would like to have a metalworking mill and lathe. Besides automotive hand tools, my tool collection is primarily for woodworking. I have about 30 hand planes.
