I like the idea of the hitch mounted grinder and vise. I see that a lot on here and not just on welding tables. The angle iron idea is a great idea. I haven't seen that before, but I am not a welder.

Hi. Long time lurker here. I thought I would post a vise that I obtained last weekend. It's a York. On one side it says York and on the other it says 100L. I don't know a lot about these vises, but it was a lot cheaper than the similar Wilton that the guy was selling.
It looks similar to a Stanley #78. I don't know about the age. I know Stanley produced that number plane for probably 60+ years or more. I got my Stanley hand plane info from the Patrick's blood and gore website. Good luck determining an age.
