We did a hot deck install on our garage with a bonus room above it and would never do anything different. we did fiberglass in our bonus room in the house and it isnt even close to the same. the hot deck keeps our bonus room the exact temp as the garage below.
Anyone know where you can get reasonably priced stainless steel sinks with drain boards. Looked at WebsRestaurant and they have some ok ones but looks as though the kicker with this stuff is going to be shipping. I does not need to be restaurant quaility as it will be for home use.
Took a while but we finally did a little retaining wall on the side of the building to help with rain run off. We didn't do gutters becuase we didnt want to worry about the snow pulling them off in the winter. We used the same treated poles that were used on the building so it all matches.
Tell me about it. We even used Kilz to prime and it still took a lot to cover. most of what didnt cover was the stuff stamped on. The ink bled through pretty bad. Also be carefull as the osb will **** up the paint and some of it will start to look like it is peeling off of the board. We used...
Well the drywall taping and texturing is done- Painting is almost done- Baseboard is done- some hickory trim is done-getting my Sams Seville Classics garage cabinets one at a time. Now we just need a stainless steel 3 bowl sink and hickory cabinets and we will be done. MAYBE.
JD 2320 62" belly mower and a 48" king kutter tiller. We have 3 acres at home and tree rows to till. We also have a gravel driveway so that needs to be tended to. Have a total of 26 hours on it.
If you check out my build I used their product on both of my garages and it seems to be fairing really good.

I would agree with turning down the pumps and making suure your lines are completely purged of air. I have a 1600SQFT shop running 5 Loops of 1/2 with 4Inches of foam and had sort of the same problem until I realized I was putting to much back pressure on the boiler. Once I turned the pump down...

Here is my garage build. It is 38x42 garage right in front of our other garage. We placed a garage door at one end of the garage so that we can still drive all the way into the other garage. It is a complete SIP Panel Build with the...
Got the base done and everything moved back in and so now we are on to the old garage. Floor done wall going up and electrical going in. Just need to rip out my rigged up exhaust fan and relocate that. We are planning on making the area with the hose on the wall a wild game meat processing...
