Congrats on the new place. We're going through a similar thing now. We closed on 1/5 in lithia springs Ga. 1035 miles away from our home in Troy NY. We hired a mover ($3900!) to take roughly 7500 lbs of stuff and I'm hauling the rest myself. Yup moving *****!

We did a lot of house hunting but never found one in Roswell that was within our budget. Our realtor actually lives in Roswell in a small 1000 sq ft house. We haven't had a lot of time to explore yet but lithia springs seems pretty decent. Equal parts ghetto and rednecks. :D

I just picked up 8 of these fixtures for my 2 garages. They have occupancy sensors and are dimmable. They can be wirelessly programmed with the "Lightrules" energy management software. I can't wait to get them installed! video of the same lights in use in a warehouse.
