Looks to be a pipe for smoking tobacco...or marijuana. There is a place to thread a bowl on and a second hole for the "carb" release carb when taking a pull on the pipe to rush air in. This is just a guess.

No not dumb. I think he is in Saudi Arabia or something like that. We don't really have that uncle/nephew relationship. Not estranged or anything its just not really like that. Seen him maybe 5 times in the last 10 years. Next time I see him I will ask him though.

I cleaned out my uncles garage years ago and he said take whatever I wanted. he is a retired a/c man. I took these and shoved them in the back of the garage and forgot about them. Are they worth anything more than the scrap? The black one spins fine when plugged in...the other one with the motor...
