eBay has the 12ah in the $110-$120 price range, new, with retail packaging (non-kit). I personally don't care if it comes in a kit or not, as long as it's a good deal. With that said, I have 2 9ah, 2 5ah, 2 1.5ah (for the drills). I'd love a 12ah but can't justify it yet.

I second this thought. I buy only BRUSHLESS RYOBI where applicable. This particular tool isn't BRUSHLESS but it is the best version of the Impact Wrench that they sell. It's a beast @ $99 +battery/charger.
