I had one in my house. Burglars broke into my house, busted open my cheap safe and made of with a Nikon FM-2 while my firearms remainded safe behind a "secret" door. LOL! It was a film camera!
About ten years ago I used a water based epoxy paint to repaint an exercise room at a hotel. Awesome stuff on drywall; don't know why it wouldn't work on masonary!
This is almost what I want as I am losing my house to a flood.
I am thinking 40 X 60 X 16 with a 30 X 40 living quarters on the second floor leaving me with a 30 X 40 X 16 shop plus storage and office under the living quarters.
I am dreaming...
Nebraska Pioneers lived in Sod Homes with dirt floors.
Freinds grand dad grew up in one and said it was the most comfortable house he ever lived in. I am sure they did the same things to the floor you did Carhunter.
Intersting Garage Envy; around here the Buyer is the Client because they are the ones paying for the appraisal. Values are changing (down) so fast it is a nightmare for everyone.
I have an older 495 ST and wouldn't want anything smaller.
A common miss understanding is the paint still needs to be brushed or have someone rolling behind the guy spraying. The sprayer just keeps you from having to dip your brush into the paint bucket.

The only thing I could add to Garage Eny's post would be to get estimates on the repairs you want done to get the property in the condition you want it in and what resale could be if the repairs are done.
