Finally finished it after about a year of working on it off and on.

Actual It was pretty easy to lay the VCT after I had concrete sanded. It was completed in one weekend.

I don't know what it's called but you can purchase it at Homedepot or Lowes. It's a piece of wood trim flat on one side and scalloped on the other. (See sketch below) I then attached the trim to the bottom of the wall scallop side out then nailed my corrugated tin to it then sandwiched the the...
