if im out of fast orange cleaner i use any old hand wash and a bit of sugar mixed in the sugar acts like a cleaning grit works pretty good.

i never hold anything for anyone unless a deposit is givin an even then a time limit is set to collect thats agreed upon between myself and the buyer. you get too many time wasters these days when you try to sell stuff to hold stuff for people on their word that they will be there tomorrow or...

iv the speedglas 9100XX and love it i wouldn have any other helmet now..i weld everyday for work and its worth every penny it cost

A simply enough welding trolley i had to knock together quick for one of the new tig welders in work. just waiting on wheels and a chain for the argon bottle for it to finish it up.

speedglas all day long everyday..i have a 9002v and 9100xx and both are brilliant!!...if your welding everyday its worth investing in a really good helmet in my opinion i prefer the 9100xx though the screen is alot bigger on it

i jus remove the rod anytime i use arc...as long as the insulation is fine on the stinger an theres no rod in it,its pretty much fine to leave down anywhere you want

3m speedglas helmets are very good helmets an worth every penny there a few different models of them dependin on budget

to answer Q 1 your aim if you have to stop start weld is not to leave a hole inside the weld where you stopped an restarted...best thing to do is go back about 20mm on the weld you jus done from where you stopped an start there that way it fills in any potential hole that would have been left...

i tend to wire brush them if they're really bad or wire wool an some wd40 or gt85 if you jus wana clean them up nice
