Neither actually. COLUMBIAN CLEVELAND. The ebay listing I linked is the same model as mine and it's much easier to make out the stamping.

I found this one recently but I am having trouble finding info on it. It looks to be a reeeeally early Columbian Cleveland Model 503 but I have yet to find an identical looking one in my online search.
