Nothing in the mail, in fact, no one every contacted me after my initial purchase. I had to call several times to get updates that my lift was delayed, at least a half dozen times. I don't use Facebook to contact the person above, but I will be joining any class action lawsuits if possible...

I have a half-up-front deposit for one of their XLT lifts. I purchased it back in February, and my credit card company says I am beyond the 120 days for a chargeback. Am I SOL?
