I have considered that. My drive in access would be on higher level though. I considered finding steel runners to support vehicle from foundation walls.

On ICF, you run furring strips over exterior and put siding on that?

Looking at options to place a garage on hillside. Fill would be quite a lot. considering using walls to terrace slope. May end up with partial foundation. Anyone have any experience building on slope?
