Thank you! I’m just about a mile off the Jackson/Lawrence County line myself. :)
I’ve gotten so busy I completely forgot to update this post. I’ll try to break up some of my missing projects and post them here soon.
That's my dad's Case 1150G. It came in handy when we needed to drag things thru the mud this winter/spring. I'm about to put it back to use leveling out asphalt millings in the drive and approach out front.
Thanks. I hope to get a lot more done before winter. I'll do my best to share it on here.
I'm in Jackson County. Thanks. It's been fun to watch it transform from an idea to an actual building.
Well it's been a few months...
I've focused on getting the exterior fixed up this summer and I am still hoping to get quite a bit more of the inside done this winter. I plan to share the progress of the interior as we go.
We finished the patio between the house and the shop. I still need...
So I went ahead and got started on some interior walls. :)
I have never built walls before but I really enjoyed laying this out and framing it up. I am going to put some floor joists over the bathroom walls so I have another room for storage.
I've gotten hooked on the Obsessed Garage...
Thanks. I always enjoy following along with other people’s projects. I’ve got a few projects vehicles in the tool shed that I’ve been waiting to fix up. A 1946 Willys CJ2A and a 65 Chevelle Malibu SS. I’ve been patiently waiting to have the right place to work on them.
Thanks! I hope the white and black will age well. I’ve already framed up a few walls. I am looking forward to Lowes being a little less crowded this week so I can get some more lumber. :)
The exterior of the building is DONE! (with the exception of painting the entry door)
I will have to move a little slower with the concrete around the exterior and finishing the interior. I'll be sure to take pics and make it back to document the different projects as they come up...
I have been slacking on the updates. Working from home with the current Covid-19 virus has been pretty nice since I had a mini excavator and a skid steer to keep me occupied and outside.
I was prompted to catch up on my progress since the crew showed back up this morning to start install the...
They are all 3 12x12.
The big door on the gable end will be 20 Wide 15.6 Tall.
Thanks! I can't wait to use it.
Yes. My foam guy said he is doing a lot of basements this way.
If I had it to do over I wish I would have just waterproofed it and used styrofoam sheets. In order to use the...
They finished installing the standing seam metal on the roof yesterday. We went with 16" wide and "shiny black". It turned out great. I didn't get a pic of it but they did put the bubble foil insulation under the metal.
They also got the windows and doors framed out and a good bit of...
Thanks! I am excited to finally get it all going. I've got enough money to get the exterior done BUT I will have to finish the interior in smaller bites as I save up the funds. So I am planning to update this thread for a bit. :)
