My ratchet that needs a repair kit is a 42791, I see its not on the list but it does show 42794 , do you think that these are interchangeable ?

Would anyone have insight on # 42791 , seems as if its not available on ebay , do you guys think that another number might be interchangeable ?

Hello i have a real old snap on top box , bought around 30 years ago used from the truck , the supports that hold the top up are no longer cooperating , curious if anybody has some suggestions , its very old I don't know if the rep has anything , or maybe there is some kind of universal stuff...
