    Another what is it?

I'm interested in what you'll do with it now. Use it for its purpose or weld it as a piece to something else?

    Airline Galley Bar Cart

Sorry, no helpful tips. I just wanted to say that's a really cool project I'm going to have to add to my list.

    Show us your welding projects

I just recently bought a bunch of these: http://titaniumprocessingcenter.com/titanium-products/titanium-rod/ and am looking to build a fun playset for my kids. I'm excited, but it's my first big project and my welding will be put to the test!

Thanks for the warning. I didn't know about this.

    Valentines Gift for my Wife

Wow! That is seriously amazing. What a unique and personal idea for a gift. I'm not surprised she loved it. You should consider making and selling those!

    44 Bikes Frame Shop

I had a similar experience. I actually found that I preferred my bike. I had to learn to make my welds a little cleaner, but I bought parts online (http://titaniumprocessingcenter.com/ actually) and knew exactly what was there! Definitely go custom when you feel like you need the better fit!

Running power to my newly built pole barn

I hate to be "that guy", but I would definitely consult a professional. I would hate for you to do it wrong or have some calculation off and have a major problem on your hand. You can even double check with the inspector. I just wouldn't do it without a professional second opinion.

Mice in Attic, Same Space as Covered Porch

I'd also recommend finding the entry and sealing it. It may be a good idea to call a professional though to help get rid of the ones you have already.

Would you stack firewood next to your shop?

If it's made out of cinderblock, I definitely wouldn't think twice about it. I guess the types of creatures that will live in there will differ, depending on your location. The worst I get is squirrels and snakes. If it bothers you that much and you don't want to spray, like others mentioned...

I think I brought back a Dewalt Li-Ion battery from the dead

I'd have thought the same thing for $5. Smart thinking on the trickle charger! I'll have to log that idea away for later.

    Homemade Drill Press.

So true. Sometimes we have to wonder what's worth our time too. DIY has to make sense.

    Products you swear by . . .

Duct tape. Just kidding...kind of. I also love titanium from http://titaniumprocessingcenter.com/ and my plug-in drill. I don't know why I ever thought a battery powered one was a good idea with the work I do...

    how to remove concrete

I third the hammer. It almost always works for me. Sometimes it leaves behind some staining or very small pieces, but it does a good job without a lot of money or hassle.

I'm not sure why you couldn't modify it.

Finally Getting to Build A Garage

This is HUGE! It looks good and I bet you're getting excited to see the finished product. For the water problem, could you just turn the water on at the main water supply line to the garage when you want to use it, and then turn it off when you're done? This would require installing the valve...
