Go for a JD just don't get the L100 series go for the LT or higher

What do you want to do with it, clean,polish or wax? If the paint or gel coat is in good shape and all your doing is applying a pure wax not a cleaner/wax. Than yes most cordless buffers don't have the power to do much more than that.

What type of dollys do you have? Maybe you can you put the dollys under the jackstands with the car on top?
