Kind of a late reply, but looking for some serious help. I am trying to remove the cylinder from the outer casing on an old inground Rotary. I have tried for two days but can not make it past the first stop blocks.

How did you get that cylinder to raise up? I have tried for two days and can’t get past the first locking point!?!? Any help would be appreciated.
