Have you checked your tension? It's almost virtually impossible for the wire to bunch up based on the design. Mine feeds really nice.

No issues with mine. Keep in mind I have never done MIG welding before and this is my second time using the 210 MP, but I do think it does a nice job.

I think 0.030 should be fine according to the chart in the welder. I guess I'll find out this weekend.

You guys using the 0.025 roller for 0.030?

Well, there is always someone that posts a comment like that. To answer your question, yes; however, the comments from the new owners is very limited, i.e., "it lays a bead beautifully". Maybe I should have said: anymore feedback on the 210MP?
