Garage floor (almost) on a budget

Re: Garage floor on a budget I used the same kits with the Rustoleum 2 part clear coating. It held up well in the six years that i owned the place. The only issue that I had was that the clear coat started to yellow in areas that saw a lot of sun.

    My new Electric Ceiling Heater

Same here, after being out there today and its not that cold yet the space heater isn't cutting it. My setup sounds similar to yours 10ft high ceilings but mine is 20 x 20. So in 30 mins at the 5000W setting your garage was 60 degrees? That sounds pretty decent.

    Staggered 2 Car

Poured foundation full basement. I have heard they build them stronger as well but cannot see where this was done. They use to come out of the factory turn key but they had some problems. My house was one of the later ones to come out of the factory it was dry walled and the stairs where...

    Staggered 2 Car

Cracks are not uncommon in the first couple of years as the house settles. I kind of went nuts with the crack filler the most of them are hairline. They built the factory just to build homes for one subdivision 5500 homes. This video will probably help.

    Staggered 2 Car

Definitley a regular house some where factory built others where built on site. You cannot tell which is which. I perfer my factory build as it wasn't out in the elements during construction. Instead of me yapping here are a few pics from when we first moved in.
