I am disabled, retired at 64. Have been around the "garage" my entire life. My dad was an auto body repairman and had his own shop in the 50's then worked a few different shops through out his career. Worked as a machinist for 14 years and have my journeyman card with an honorary withdrawal from the AIM union. My passion is motorcycles, Harley's in particular. I have worked in a few shops as a mechanic, wait they are called technicians now! I also love to do custom paint work which I of course learned how to do from dad. He didn't do much custom paint work but I gravitated to it. Still ride and on occasion work on Harley's, and have started to paint again after 25 years. I am married and have 2 step children, my natural son is gone. He died in 2007.
