Setting 6x6 fence posts in concrete vs compacted crushed gravel?
I have had good luck with gravel in the bottom, tapped gravel up to six inches from the top of hole, then top off with soil. Cedar posts get treated with two coats of roofing tar up to a couple inches above grade before being dropped in the hole.

Water from furnace ?
Possibly a plugged up trap on the condensate line, may have to pull the cover to get to the blower section.

ok wood stove people
Dry kindling, couple small sticks of fatwood, maybe a cotton ball swabbed in petroleum jelly, 2 minutes..

What are these ? Conflicting answers !
My mom used them for chopping slaw and vegetables... probably 45 years ago but we still have one in our kitchen. Merry Christmas to all.
