It looks as if I have the same vise as Craftsman 47 who posted on page 13. Mine is missing the Wilton 400 logo and also has a space for pipe jaws. The jaws are missing however.

Long time reader but this is my first post. In reference to locating the date of a wilton vise....If the date is not stamped on the lug underneath the dynamic jaw is there another way to determine the date it was made/manufactured? Mine has what looks like 8 01 76 on the side. A date maybe...
