I also have this saw and I love it but the compound angle gets thrown off easily and it's hard to get it adjusted just right
As an Amatuer I had craftsman, got into construction full time and the impact driver died. Went to ridgid and that impact driver was a turd, it got so hot doing minimal work it was uncomfortable to hold. It died just past 90 days and they weaseled their way out of a warranty.

How is he going to ensure no water intrusion in the new room? Is the soffit vented in that part of the roof? Hvac requires a feed line and a return line, how is he going to plumb the return?
