    Living WITHOUT Tools!

This^ To make it even worse for car owners, they don't even let anyone tinker with their vehicles in their own parking lot, even though we have to pay for it every month. Sometimes I'd just come by the parking lot at midnight to do some repairs so no one will complain about it.

Any members in Japan that can buy from amazon.jp?

Have you considered using Tenso? They're kinda like a forwarding company that can ship your item that you buy from Japan to anywhere you are located. But you have to make the purchase on your own thru any retailer that you wish, then ship it to Tenso, and they will send it to your address. Best...

    2016 Garage Sale Thread

Hit the jackpot yesterday, got a set of Mitutoyo Precision tool kit for $100 down from $200 after some negotiations :bounce:. A little surface rush on the combination square set, but it doesn't bother me.

Best place to buy a cheap used Wilton bullet vise

Yard sales would be the best bet, although chances of getting one for cheap are very slim. I got mine for $5, and it was buried in the basement. Other than that, keep your eyes on CL, and some local ads.

    Garage Organizational Racks!

Those are sweet man! Just one suggestion from me, you could've put the lettering for the grinder in the same style as the wrench rack and it'd match up nicely with the other hangers. Other than that, it looks too awesome!

Here's a tip if anyone's interested, the set is missing the female-female drive attachment so you should be able to knock some dollars off it.

    Tools of Japan

Hey Dave, thanks for the warm welcome! Nope, I'm in Indonesia now, although I used to live in the US for several years there. TBH it's pretty hard to find hi-quality tools here. That's why I ended up KTC.

    Tools of Japan

Was looking for a 3/8" socket set from koken, but ended up with KTC since there were no koken rep. in my area that sells the Z-eal version. Plus, the seller that offered me KTC made a deal that I couldn't refuse.:bounce: Also got myself a 15 degree DBE wrench to try for, overall I'm really...
